Terms & Conditions for ggpa

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggpa ("ggpa," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the ggpa website located at ggpa.app and all related services, features, games, and promotions offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the ggpa Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ggpa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your ggpa account. ggpa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the ggpa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful, and you are not subject to any law or regulation that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ggpa, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a ggpa account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by ggpa or any PAGCOR-recognized responsible gaming programme.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the ggpa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document
• A valid and active email address exclusively under your control
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older
• Your residential address within the Philippines
• A valid Philippine mobile number for two-factor authentication and account notifications

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggpa login credentials. ggpa will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you, and ggpa accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

ggpa reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for identity verification, source of funds verification, or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by ggpa may result in account restriction or closure.

All monetary transactions on the ggpa Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ggpa accepts deposits through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT (TRC-20 network).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per week, and are subject to change based on account verification status. Fully verified accounts are eligible for higher transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ggpa does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own fees, for which ggpa accepts no responsibility.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your ggpa wallet in real time, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within one (1) business day of payment confirmation.
• ggpa reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit it has reasonable grounds to believe is fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for real-money balances that have been fully earned through gameplay. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Approximately 15 minutes from approval
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Within the same business day, subject to banking hours
• USDT (TRC-20): Approximately 1 to 2 hours from approval
• Coins.ph: Approximately 30 minutes from approval

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ggpa may require the submission of identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address not older than three (3) months, and proof of ownership of the nominated payment account. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement and not an indication of any irregularity.

ggpa reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, AML policy violation, or a pending investigation on the account. Players will be notified of any such action via their registered email address.

ggpa offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General conditions applicable to all ggpa bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from bonus play that meet wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• ggpa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations to players who have already opted in.
• A player may only claim each specific welcome or sign-up bonus once. Duplicate claims through the creation of additional accounts constitute fraud.
• ggpa reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a bonus was obtained through abuse, exploitation of an error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of the conditions described in the applicable promotional terms.

All games available on the ggpa Platform are operated by licensed game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers in regulated studio environments. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by certified testing laboratories.

By placing a bet on ggpa, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The rules specific to each game, as displayed within the game interface, form part of your agreement with ggpa and take precedence over any general description provided elsewhere on the Platform.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the ggpa server record, the server record shall be the definitive record of the outcome.
• Technical malfunctions or interruptions do not automatically entitle a player to a win. ggpa will apply a fair resolution procedure in consultation with the relevant game provider.
• ggpa reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions resulting from a technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggpa Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one ggpa account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with ggpa.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human action.
• Money laundering: Using ggpa to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gameplay on ggpa.

ggpa cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. Any account suspected of facilitating criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

ggpa is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ggpa players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ggpa account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders that notify you when a defined duration of play has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect within minutes of submission.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic in-session pop-ups displaying your session duration and net gaming outcome.
• Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your ggpa account at any time by contacting customer support.

All content on the ggpa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and compilations thereof ("Content"), is the property of ggpa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content strictly for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Content without the express written permission of ggpa
• Use any ggpa trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ggpa, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

ggpa makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall ggpa's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggpa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggpa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the Platform
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a specified timeframe
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to prior notification
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action

Upon account closure initiated by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's last used and verified payment method within ten (10) business days, provided no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.

ggpa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ggpa.app/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ggpa implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and ggpa cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

ggpa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ggpa will notify registered players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending a notification to the registered email address associated with the account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ggpa customer support.

The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the current and operative version. Prior versions may be archived and made available upon written request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ggpa Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction under Philippine law.

For disputes related to ggpa's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may direct concerns to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation through its official channels.
